- Under 36 months: free with a guardian; the page requires proof documents.
- Package: both venues must be visited on the day of use. Before using the package it is refundable in full; once one venue has been used, a partial refund is not possible.
- How to buy: online or mobile, and at the ticket office. The page says tickets can be booked from the first day of each month for the viewing date, that the booking period may be adjusted, and that ticket issue happens on the entry day only.
- Timed tickets: if you buy a ticket for a set time, arrive at the observatory by that time. Screenshots and copies of tickets are not accepted.
- Concession: registered disability or national merit with official proof, plus one companion, 30% off the entry ticket.
Opening hours
The hours page shows a date strip and, for 2026-10-19, an opening time of 10:30 and a closing time of 22:00. It also says: ticket sales and entry end one hour before closing. The strip covers 1 October to 30 November 2026 and the page prints one time for the selected day only, so check the date you plan to visit.
Sky Bridge Tour prices
| Where bought | Price | What is included |
|---|---|---|
| B1 ticket office, regular | 130,000 | Entry ticket, tour pass, 2 photos |
| B1 ticket office, group (10 or more) | 118,000 | Entry ticket, tour pass, 2 photos |
| 117F Sky Station, regular | 106,000 | Tour pass, 2 photos |
- Online booking for the tour cannot be made for the same day. On-site sales (B1 and the 117F Sky Station) sell the remaining online quantity, and only the same-day tour pass can be bought at the ticket office.
- Tour passes can be booked from one month before the visit, and the booking period may be adjusted.
- Seasonal closure: the page prints "Winter closure: 25.12.1 (Mon) to 26.2.27 (Fri)". Those dates are for last winter; the page does not say when the tour closes this winter, so confirm before planning.
Group ticket cost calculator
Uses only the table above. For the standard ticket the page prints no senior price, so seniors are counted at the adult price here; confirm at the ticket office. Children under 36 months are free and are not entered. No concession, group or online-promotion discount is applied.
