The site says the 72-hour and 120-hour passes (it calls them all-inclusive) give access to all partner attractions, one time each. All four versions list the same extras: a 5-day eSIM, hiking gear rental, and discount coupons. The site's headline numbers are "70+" free attractions and "120+" discount coupons. Prices on the page are described as "the latest official pricing".

Autumn sale, 12 to 31 October 2026 (online only). Pick 3 passes are 15% off with code 26AUTUMN_P3B (Basic) or 26AUTUMN_P3T (Theme Park); time-based passes are 10% off with 26AUTUMN_72H or 26AUTUMN_120H. The sale applies to online purchases on the Discover Seoul Pass website and app, and the discount applies when the code is entered at checkout. If the percentages are taken off the listed prices (derived arithmetic), the sale prices would be ₩81,000 (72-hour), ₩117,000 (120-hour), ₩41,650 (Pick 3 Basic) and ₩59,500 (Pick 3 Theme Park); the checkout screen shows the real amount.

What is included

When the clock starts

The pass becomes active the first time you use a free partner attraction or service, not on purchase. Using a QR code at an attraction, getting an AREX code (even if you do not board) or taking the K Limousine all start it. Downloading the eSIM, topping up or using the transit card, and using the prepaid card do not. The official FAQ gives examples: a 72-hour pass activated at 1:00 PM on a given day is valid until 12:59:59 PM three days later, and a Pick 3 Basic pass activated at 1:00 PM is valid until 11:59:59 PM on the fifth day.

Is it worth it? A break-even checker

The official page shows a sample 3-day itinerary with the regular price of each item. The checker below uses exactly those eight prices, and nothing else, so you can tick what you would really do and compare the total with the 72-hour and 120-hour pass prices. It is a guide, not advice: it does not count your time limit, queues, which days attractions are closed, or any item not in the sample.

Worked example (derived arithmetic): Lotte World ₩64,000 + SEA LIFE COEX ₩35,000 + N Seoul Tower ₩26,000 = ₩125,000 at regular prices, against ₩70,000 for a Pick 3 Theme Park pass, if each of those counts as one of the three choices. The price of ₩49,000 for Pick 3 Basic is recovered by three attractions that together cost more than that, for example SEA LIFE COEX, Gyeongbokgung with hanbok rental and Han River cruise at ₩35,000 + ₩35,000 + ₩29,900 = ₩99,900 (the page does not say whether admission plus hanbok rental counts as one choice or two).

Where the official pages disagree

PointWhat the pages sayOur reading
Total value of the sample itineraryThe main page prints a total value of ₩294,400 for its example table, but the eight listed rows add to ₩265,400 (₩18,000 + ₩27,500 + ₩64,000 + ₩35,000 + ₩35,000 + ₩26,000 + ₩29,900 + ₩30,000, derived arithmetic). The ₩29,000 gap is not explained on the page, so we use the sum of the printed rows and not the printed total.
Which time-based passes existThe price section lists only 72-hour and 120-hour passes; the FAQ describes the standard pass as a time-based pass of 24, 48, 72 or 120 hours.Only 72 and 120 hours are offered for sale in the official price section; the 24 and 48 hour products are not shown there.

Who can use it and how to buy

Common questions

Does the pass include the royal palaces?

The sample itinerary lists Gyeongbokgung admission with hanbok rental. See our palace fees page for what each palace charges directly and the free-entry rules.

Is it cheaper than buying the airport trip yourself?

The pass includes AREX once and a K Limousine ride once. For the separate AREX fares see our AREX page, and for other transit see the Seoul fare calculator.

The pass pages print no revision date; they were read on 2026-10-19. The autumn sale notice is dated 2026.10.12, the Pick 3 update notice 2026.09.14. Not covered here: individual prices of the 70-plus attractions (the list page shows no prices), the full coupon list, and prices at offline sales points.
