These terms apply to Korea Costs (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Information only
The site explains official prices, fees and procedures for visiting, studying and working in Korea. It is general information, not legal, immigration, tax, medical or financial advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. For a decision that matters, confirm with the agency named on the page.
2. Accuracy and the official source
Every number links to the official page, notice or law text it came from, with the date we checked it. Prices and rules change. If an official page shows something different from this site, the official page is correct. We try to correct errors quickly but do not promise that every page is current or complete.
3. Calculators
Calculators apply only the rules stated on the page next to them and your own inputs. Results are estimates for planning, not an official calculation, and an agency or employer may reach a different figure.
4. Links, ads and affiliate links
Pages link to official websites and to some companies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or terms. Some pages contain clearly labelled “affiliate link” links; if you book through one we may earn a commission, and it does not change any figure on this site. The site may also show Google AdSense ads (see the privacy policy).
5. Our content
The text, tables and calculators written for this site belong to us. You may quote a short part with a link back to the page. Official figures and texts belong to the agencies that publish them.
6. Limit of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site, including a missed deadline, a refused application or an extra cost.
