Numbers checked against the official source on 2026-10-19
The Seoul Global Center is the Seoul Metropolitan Government's support organisation for foreign residents and international students. It is at 38 Jong-ro, Jongno-gu (4th and 5th floors), phone 02-2075-4180, and it has run since April 2025 under contract to the city by a company, Open Nori (오픈놀이). Its published services are job and start-up support, career help for international students, settlement and Korean-language programmes, and "general consultation for foreign residents on daily life". No opening hours or price are published for the Seoul Global Center itself, so call before you go. For walk-in counselling in English, the city's portal also lists 15 foreign-resident and global village centres with days, hours and languages, shown below.
